4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Certain hygiene-related or personal use items (if applicable)

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs may be BORNE BY CUSTOMER / FREE / PARTIALLY COVERED.
  • In case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost
